知识型筹资战略是适应知识经济发展,以知识经济理论为依据,以知识资本为主要内容,以实现企业价值长期最大化为目的的企业筹资战略。本文从理性思考、策略探索与实施建议三个方面进行了研究,突破了传统的筹资、资本和资本结构理论,提出了与传统筹资战略截然不同的知识型筹资战略。从而,为企业进入知识经济时代提供了一种全新的筹资思路。
Knowledge-based fund-raising strategy is to adapt to the development of knowledge-based economy, based on the theory of knowledge-based economy, knowledge-based capital as the main content, in order to achieve long-term maximization of corporate value for the purpose of corporate fund-raising strategy. This paper studies from the aspects of rational thinking, strategic exploration and implementation suggestions, breaks through the traditional theory of fund raising, capital and capital structure and proposes a knowledge-based fund-raising strategy which is totally different from the traditional fund-raising strategy. Thus, it provides a brand new financing idea for enterprises to enter the era of knowledge economy.
