中药传统安全用药思想源远流长,内容丰富。随着中药安全性事件的曝光,人们对传统安全用药思想与警戒实践的发掘愈发重视与完善,赋予了中药药物警戒思想新的内涵,填补了中药安全性研究的空白。中药药物警戒思想贯穿于中药从采收到临床应用整个生命周期,是临床安全有效应用中药的重要保障。虽然中药药物警戒工作刚刚起步,但不可否认的是,坚持践行中药药物警戒思想势必能为临床带来更大的获益,推动中药现代化进程。
Traditional Chinese medicine safe use of drug has a long history, rich in content. With the exposure of the safety events of traditional Chinese medicine, people pay more and more attention to the exploration of the traditional thinking and alerting practice of safe medication, which gives the new meaning of traditional Chinese medicine alert thought and fills the gap in the study of traditional Chinese medicine safety. The idea of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy alert runs through the entire life cycle of harvesting and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and is an important guarantee for the safe and effective application of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice. Although traditional Chinese medicine alerting work has just started, it is undeniable that persisting in practicing the alert concept of traditional Chinese medicine will surely bring greater benefits to the clinic and promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
