近年来相关政策提出增加实践教学比重,实现实践育人目标,以思政教育政策、高等教育政策规定的形式体现为国家意志。学界针对实践教学环节培育高职学生价值观的特点、方法等开展研究,并进行了可行性实验与探索。目前,一些文献介绍了国外职业教育领域开展价值观教育的经验。价值观必然反映经济、社会、工作世界和组织结构的变迁,从宏观、中观、微观3个层面提出趋势研究,以期形成有中国特色的职业教育价值观教育理论体系。
In recent years, relevant policies have been proposed to increase the proportion of practical teaching and achieve the goal of practicing education. The policy of ideological and political education and higher education are embodied in the form of national will. The academia carries out research on the characteristics and methods of nurturing higher vocational students’ values in practice teaching, and conducts feasibility experiments and explorations. At present, some literatures introduce the experience of value education in the field of vocational education in foreign countries. Values inevitably reflect changes in economy, society, the world of work and organizational structure. They propose trend studies from the macro, meso, and micro levels in order to form a theoretical system of education on professional values with Chinese characteristics.
