“生态”的概念正在成为企业的标签。企业运营环境正变得越来越复杂和充满不确定性,因此,企业最核心的战略应该是建立更具优势的业务组合,确保公司的价值可以持续增长。在“零和游戏”时代,这种优势的寻找总是“向内”的,但现在更多企业选择的是找到外部的力量,借力打力,构建商业生态圈。其实,商业生态圈就是一个系统,它突破了企业取得竞争优势必须依赖于内化能力这一限制。它看到了企业之外——各利益相关者共同建立的一个价值平台。企业通过平台撬动其它企业的能力,使这一系统能够创造价值,并从中分享利益。未来的竞争将发生在生态圈与生态圈之间。
The concept of “ecology” is becoming a corporate label. As the business environment is becoming more complex and uncertain, the core strategy of the enterprise should be to create a more advantageous business portfolio and ensure that the value of the company can continue to grow. In the “zero-sum game” era, the search for such advantages is always “inward”, but now more companies choose to find the external forces, leveraging the power to build a business ecosystem. In fact, the business ecosystem is a system that breaks the limit that companies must rely on internalization to gain a competitive advantage. It sees beyond the enterprise - a value platform that all stakeholders have built together. By leveraging the capabilities of other businesses through the platform, companies can create value and share benefits. The future competition will occur between the ecosystem and the ecosystem.
