目的:建立活性成分N-p-香豆酰酪胺含量的测定方法。为水红花子质量控制提供新的评价指标。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为Agilent C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60),检测波长为290nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为25℃。结果:N-p-香豆酰酪胺的进样量在0.038~0.190μg线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率98.7%,RSD2.4%。结论:所建立的方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于测定水红花子中N-p-香豆酰酪胺的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of active ingredient N-p-coumarate tyramine. The water quality control of the red flower provide a new evaluation index. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of Agilent C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of methanol-water (40:60), detection wavelength of 290 nm, flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and column temperature of 25 ℃ . Results: The injection volume of N-p-coumaramide was linear at 0.038 ~ 0.190μg (r = 0.9999) with an average recovery of 98.7% and a RSD of 2.4%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of N-p-coumarate in water safflower.
