民政部,国家体育总局,各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局):为了规范和加强彩票发行与销售机构的会计核算,促进我国彩票业的健康发展,现就彩票发行与销售机构执行《事业单位会计制度》的有关问题通知如下:一、本通知适用于在中华人民共和国境内设立的,经国家彩票主管机关授权专门从事彩票发行和销售业务的机构。彩票零售商不适用本办法。
