随着中国加入WTO以及经济全球化趋势的深入,中国的企业已经走上了国际化战略经营之路。然而,一场场跨国并购并没有扩大中国企业的海外市场,大部分并购没有取得预期的效果,甚至以失败告终,其关键问题就是没有重视跨国并购整合中的企业文化整合问题。目前,中国企业在跨国并购过程中面临着民族文化、企业文化和商业文化差异等多重障碍,且中国企业文化的认可程度较低,在并购欧美成熟企业时,如何进行有效的文化整合,以提高并购的成功率,己经成为中国企业进行海外投资时急需解决的问题。
With China’s accession to the WTO and the deepening of economic globalization, Chinese enterprises have embarked on an internationalized strategic management. However, a cross-border mergers and acquisitions did not expand overseas markets for Chinese enterprises. Most of the M & A did not achieve the expected results even ended in failure.
