种子能否正常萌发是决定田间出苗率的最重要因素,所以充分了解种子休眠和萌发的特性具有很大的实际意义。但是对药用植物,尤其是野生药用植物种子生理学的研究却很少报导。鉴于当前甘草需求量大而野生资源日趋枯竭,急需从事人工大面积种植的现况,我们试图通过实验确定甘草种子萌发的最低含水量以及不同含水量种子萌发速率的影响,同时确定甘草对种子的耐盐程度,为人工种植甘草提供一些实验依据。
The normal germination of seeds is the most important factor that determines the rate of emergence in the field, so it is of great practical significance to fully understand the characteristics of seed dormancy and germination. However, little research has been reported on the physiology of medicinal plants, especially wild medicinal plants. In view of the current large demand of licorice and the depletion of wild resources, it is urgent to engage in artificial large-area planting. We have tried to determine the minimum water content of licorice seed germination and the effect of different water content on the seed germination rate, and to determine the effect of licorice on seeds. Salt tolerance provides some experimental basis for the artificial cultivation of licorice.
