针对某型飞机前缘襟翼收放过程中啸叫的问题,对前襟伺服机构结构原理进行了研究,通过数据统计分析和AMESim系统仿真分析,确定导致问题发生的根本原因。同时,还模拟不同工况条件下伺服机构的稳定模态,结合试验统计数据,提出了解决措施,可为该型飞机后续的试验试飞提供参考。
Aiming at the whistle problem of retracting and retracting the leading edge flaps of a certain type of aircraft, the principle of the structure of the frontal servo mechanism is studied. Through the statistical analysis of the data and the simulation analysis of the AMESim system, the root cause of the problem is determined. At the same time, the stability modal of servo mechanism under different working conditions is also simulated. Combined with the experimental statistics data, some solutions are put forward, which can provide reference for subsequent flight test of the aircraft.
