竹细菌甲素(HypcerellinA,简称HA),是从我国天然资源中提取的有效光敏色素,已应用于临床治疗皮肤顽症.它是一种苝醌类衍生物(分子式C_(30)H_(26)O_(10)).作为外源醌,它有可能发展成为抗癌药物.对它的电子光谱研究已有若干报道,但仍有很多问题有待进一步探讨.本文进一步研究了不同HA溶液在可见光区的电子光谱特征,提出了不同溶液中HA分子内氢键改变导致HA分子在溶液中结构的变化,进而阐述了质子传递的异构化机制.
Hypcerellin A (HA) is an effective phytochrome extracted from natural resources in China and has been used in clinical treatment of chronic skin disease. It is a perylenequinone derivative (molecular formula C_ (30) H_ (26) As an exogenous quinone, it may develop into an anticancer drug.It has been reported several times about its electronic spectrum, but there are still many problems to be further explored.This paper further studied the different HA solution in the visible region The electronic spectral characteristics of HA molecules were proposed, and the changes of HA molecules in solution were also discussed. The mechanism of proton transfer isomerization was also described.
