目的深入了解艾滋病(AIDS)同伴教育员志愿工作中的体验。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对10名AIDS同伴教育员进行深入访谈,并用现象学分析法对获得的资料进行分析和整理,提炼主题。结果10名访谈对象均为男性,年龄在28~46岁之间,为艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/AIDS病人从事AIDS同伴教育员工作。经过访谈提炼出7个目前AIDS同伴教育员在志愿工作中的体验主题:工作成就感较高;归属感较强;对知识获取的满足感;工作内容烦琐,身心压力大;发展空间有限;收入低,待遇差;不敢告之家人和朋友,担心暴露隐私。结论艾滋病同伴教育员在志愿工作中受内在和外在双重因素的影响,存在多种工作体验,对于正性体验应予以必要的鼓励,对负性体验要分析其引起的外在客观因素,及时制定应对策略,以稳定团队,提高服务能力水平。
Purpose To gain insight into the volunteer experiences of AIDS peer educators. Methods Using the phenomenological method in qualitative research, 10 AIDS peer educators were interviewed in depth. The obtained data were analyzed and sorted out by phenomenological analysis method, and the subject was refined. Results All the 10 interviewees were male and aged 28-46. They worked as AIDS peer educators for HIV / AIDS patients. After the interview, 7 current experiences of volunteer work by AIDS peer educators were explored: high sense of job accomplishment, strong sense of belonging, satisfaction with knowledge acquisition, cumbersome work, stress of body and mind, limited development space, income Low, poor treatment; not tell the family and friends, worried about exposure of privacy. Conclusions AIDS peer educators are affected by intrinsic and extrinsic double factors during volunteer work. There are many kinds of work experiences, and they should be encouraged as necessary for positive experiences. For negative experiences, external objective factors caused by them should be analyzed in time. Develop strategies to stabilize the team and improve the level of service capabilities.
