众所周知,碳化物刀具的寿命取决于刃口圆角半径的选择。苏联工厂经过试验发现,采用振动抛光法可使不含钨的机夹嵌入式碳化钛刀片获得最佳刃口圆角。抛光用的磨料包括砂轮碎片、瓷料和氧化物陶瓷块等,尺寸皆为10~20毫米。被抛光的刀具,与磨料混同填装约占10%所用振动频率为50赫兹,振幅0.3毫米。抛光前,刀片的刃口圆角半径为20微米,表面粗糙度(Ra)为0.125~0.160微米。抛光后,刃口圆角半径变为40微米,表面粗糙度达到0.100~0.080微米。用抛光后的刀片
As we all know, the life of carbide cutter depends on the choice of the fillet radius. After the Soviet Union factory found that the use of vibration polishing method can be made without tungsten embedded titanium carbide inserts for the best edge fillet. Abrasive materials used include grinding wheel fragments, porcelain and oxide ceramic blocks, all sizes are 10 to 20 mm.
