采用常压烧结法,在SiC埋粉和N2下分别制备了O′-sialon、复相ZrO2-O′-sialon和TiN-O′-sialon。反应条件为1500℃保温1h,1600~1700℃保温2h。同时选择了3种氧化物作为添加剂。结果表明:利用原位复合制备的TiN-O′-sialon是一种具有低密度、高硬度和高抗压强度的复合材料。
O-sialon, multi-phase ZrO2-O’-sialon and TiN-O’-sialon were prepared by atmospheric sintering under SiC powder and N2 respectively. The reaction conditions were 1500 ℃ for 1h and 1600 ~ 1700 ℃ for 2h. At the same time choose three kinds of oxides as additives. The results show that TiN-O’-sialon prepared by in-situ composites is a kind of composite material with low density, high hardness and high compressive strength.
