针对某钢厂使用进口德国的叶片式摆动液压马达缸体强度和刚度的安全性问题,通过Pro/E软件建立马达的三维模型导入有限元软件ANSYS Workbench中,首先找出缸体的应力主要集中区和变形量较大的位置,为缸体的设计提供参考;其次,对缸体进行优化,在保证缸体的强度达到设计要求的情况下,增强马达缸体的刚度,从而改善马达的整体工作性能、减少材料的使用、降低马达的重量,最终达到节约材料使用、降低制造成本的目的。
