1 产品的感观质量体现企业整体 素质 衡量产品质量的要素是多方面的,对机床来说,可分为内在质量和外部感观质量。内在质量的主要衡量要素为:几何精度、工作精度、工作性能、可靠性等等。外部感观质量,过去在产品技术标准中规定的是外观质量,它主要是指机床外表面的粗糙、凹凸不平、缺陷、油漆、外露结合面尺寸等不超出标准或图样规定的要求。而感观质量的含义不仅仅包含了外观表面质量要求,还包含了机床总体造型、机床防护、色彩协调等,总的说,就是美观大方能给人以新鲜的美
