TW1 9系从雷公藤根皮中提取分离出的一个二萜类化合物 ,本文比较了 TW1 9对SD大鼠、ICR小鼠和昆明种小鼠的雄性抗生育作用 ,以及对 ICR小鼠免疫功能的影响。TW1 9连续 5周灌服给药 ,以交配试验观察抗生育效果。结果显示 TW1 9对 SD大鼠、ICR小鼠、昆明种小鼠抗生育作用的半数有效剂量 (ED50 )分别为 332 .0μg/kg、36 9.9μg/kg、2 86 .8μg/kg。TW1 9在抗生育有效剂量时能使昆明种小鼠及 SD大鼠附睾内精子数量和活动力下降 ,睾丸重量减轻 ,而对 ICR种小鼠没有影响。TW1 9对体外培养的 T、B淋巴细胞具有抑制作用 ,而抑制 ICR种小鼠体内抗体的生成 ,但是对于整体动物 B细胞的增殖和补体 C3的产生有促进作用
TW1 9 is a diterpene compound isolated from the root bark of Tripterygium wilfordii. This study compared the male antifertility effects of TW1 9 against SD rats, ICR mice and Kunming mice as well as the immune function of ICR mice. influences. TW1 9 was administered by gavage for 5 consecutive weeks to observe the anti-fertility effect by mating test. The results showed that the median effective dose (ED50) of anti-fertility effects of TW1 9 on SD rats, ICR mice and Kunming mice was 332.0 μg/kg, 369.9 μg/kg, and 28.6 μg/kg, respectively. TW1 9 can reduce the number and motility of sperm in the epididymis of Kunming mice and SD rats at an effective antifertility dose, and reduce the weight of testis, but has no effect on ICR mice. TW1 9 has inhibitory effects on in vitro cultured T and B lymphocytes, but inhibits antibody production in ICR mice but promotes proliferation of whole animal B cells and production of complement C3.
