随着现代电子控制技术高速发展,液位是一种最基本的环境参数。本文介绍了模糊控制的基本原理,以89S52单片机作为控制内核,采用时间稳定性好,精度和分辨率高的电容式液位传感器,运用模糊控制算法设计液位装置实现如下要求:通过键盘设定所需液面高度;显示当前液位高度和设定液位高度。经实验研究表明,该设计方案合理,功能满足设计要求。
With the rapid development of modern electronic control technology, liquid level is one of the most basic environmental parameters. This paper introduces the basic principles of fuzzy control, 89S52 microcontroller as the control core, the use of time stability, accuracy and resolution of the capacitive liquid level sensor, the use of fuzzy control algorithm designed liquid level device to achieve the following requirements: Set by the keyboard The required liquid level; display the current liquid level and set the liquid level. The experimental study shows that the design scheme is reasonable and the functions meet the design requirements.
