在压气机叶轮具有后掠式弯曲叶片及在增压比高达π=3.5的情况下,在工作点仍然可以获得85~86%的效率。在转子叶片振动同时降低的情况下,通过涡轮喷嘴环的合理绘形设计,可以使效率大约提高1~2%。对于小的径流式涡轮增压器,其效率在60~65%之间。对于具有轴向涡轮的大型增压器,其效率在65~73%之间。为了充分利用废气中的剩余能量,开发了由3个尺寸等级的动力涡轮系列。涡轮及其传动机构的总效率可达74~76%。
With the compressor impeller with a swept-back curved blade and with a supercharging ratio up to π = 3.5, an efficiency of 85-86% can still be achieved at the operating point. With the rotor blades vibrating down at the same time, a reasonable design of the turbine nozzle ring provides an approximate 1 to 2% increase in efficiency. For small radial turbochargers, the efficiency is between 60 and 65%. For large turbochargers with axial turbines, their efficiency is between 65-73%. In order to make full use of the residual energy in the exhaust gas, a series of power turbines of three sizes have been developed. Turbine and its transmission mechanism of the total efficiency of up to 74 to 76%.
