电除尘器断面气流速度分布均匀与否是影响除尘效率高低的一个重要因素。目前国内电除尘器的设计、制造甚至使用单位均对气流分布试验十分重视,对大型或中型电除尘器还进行模型气流分布试验,以求选择合适的进口、出口装置,以及具有恰当开孔率的分布板。本文将从气体流动的机理指出目前所用测试方法存在的问题,并介绍了作者在81~82年间的两次改进尝试,取得了较好的效果。
