本文对四川省盐业运销企业如何开展承包经营责任制的问题,作了一些探讨,提出了自己的看法。文章认为,在实行承包经营责任制时,应注意正确解决承包基数及其递增率、超基数分成比例、承包年限等问题,即实行基数定死、按比率递增、按档次分成。同时,亦提出了有关建议和进一步完善措施。
This article made some discussions on how to carry out the responsibility system of contracting management in Sichuan salt distribution companies, and put forward my own views.
