旅游行业中经济型酒店已成为主要的投资热点,酒店行业经营者发现,一二线城市逐渐饱和后,三四线城市旅游市场需求非常旺盛。三四线城市的酒店发展要参考一二线城市的发展进程,但是不能照搬照抄,应该探索出一套符合三四线城市酒店的改革发展方案,不断创新突破自身发展瓶颈。本文从三四线城市经济型酒店人力资源创新方面研究经济型酒店创新过程。
Economy hotels in the tourism industry has become a major investment hot spot, hotel industry operators found that the first and second tier cities gradually saturated, the third and fourth tier cities in the tourism market demand is very strong. The development of hotels in the third and fourth tier cities should refer to the development of the first and second tier cities. However, they can not copy their photos and should explore a set of reform and development plan that meets the hotel needs in the third and fourth tier cities. They should constantly innovate and break through the bottleneck of their own development. This article studies the innovation process of economy hotel from the aspects of human resource innovation of economy hotels in 34 cities.
