一疲劳试样的型式,尺寸和加工精度 1 前言疲劳是一门实验的学科,零部件或结构的疲劳强度设计和疲劳寿命估计的准确与否,直接依赖于疲劳实验的准确性。有关疲劳强度影响因素的研究和疲劳微观机理的研究等也都离不开疲劳实验。因此,实验在疲劳学科的发生和发展中具有绝对的重要性。就疲劳实验来说,总的可分为两大类:结构的疲劳实验和材料的疲劳实验。零件、部件或整机(又称总成)的疲劳实验都称为结构疲劳实验;从原材料、型材或零部件中取样进行的试验都称为材料疲劳实验。

Research on the influencing factors of fatigue strength and study on the microscopic mechanism of fatigue are also inseparable from the fatigue experiment. Therefore, the experiment in the occurrence and development of fatigue discipline is of absolute importance. As far as fatigue experiments are concerned, there are generally two broad categories: structural fatigue tests and material fatigue tests. Fatigue tests on parts, components, or the complete machine (aka assembly) are known as structural fatigue tests; tests taken from raw materials, sections, or parts are called material fatigue tests.
