铁路近年来大规模提速,货物重载列车开行数量增多,运输行车仍以客货共线为主,这些因素都对车辆运行安全防范体系提出了更高的要求。随着列车交路延长、列检作业保证区段延长,这些变革给既有的安全控制手段提出了新的挑战。车辆安全防范体系的技术及装备水平较低、功能简单,仍以传统、粗放、人控为特征,尚未形成系统化、网络化、智能化和信息化程度较高的安全防范体系,不能适应铁路快速发展的需要。现在全路正在使用的铁路货车故障轨边图像检测系统(简称TFDS系统)就很好地解决了这个问题。
In recent years, the railway has been speeding up on a large scale and the number of heavy-haul trains passing by has increased. Transport and traffic are still dominated by passenger and freight traffic lines. These factors have set higher requirements on the vehicle operation and safety precaution system. With the prolongation of trains and the extension of the seizure assurance section, these changes have posed new challenges to the existing safety control measures. The vehicle safety prevention system is characterized by its low level of technology and equipment and its simple functions. It is still characterized by its tradition, extensiveness and man-control and has not yet formed a system of security and prevention with systematic, networked, intelligent and informative technologies. It can not adapt to the railway Rapid development needs. Now the railway is using the fault rail edge image detection system (referred to as TFDS system) is a good solution to this problem.
