我们曾在同一地层中,先后使用过三个厂制造的四种不同补强方式的孕镶金刚石钻头共八十多个。其补强方式有如下四种:1.上海砂轮厂钻头,内、外径各用12颗人造聚晶补强;2.二三三厂钻头,外径用6颗、内径用3颗φ2毫米针状合金补强,3.二三二厂钻头,内、外径各用12颗φ2毫米针状合金补强。针状合金镶焊在工作层之上,简称高镶补强型(图1),4.二三二厂钻头,内、外径各用12颗φ2毫米针状合金补强。但针状合金镶焊在工作层底唇上,简称平镶补强型(图2)。
In the same strata, we have used more than 80 in-situ diamond drill bits in four different types of reinforcement manufactured by the three factories. There are four ways to reinforce it: 1. Shanghai Grinding Wheel factory drill, the inner and outer diameter of each use 12 artificial poly crystal reinforcement; 2. Two three three factory drill, diameter 6, diameter with 3 φ2 mm needle-shaped alloy reinforcement, Two hundred twenty-two factory drill, the inner and outer diameter with 12 φ2 mm needle-shaped alloy reinforcement. Needle-like alloy inlaid welding above the working layer, referred to as high-filled reinforced type (Figure 1), 4. Two hundred twenty-two factory drill, the inner and outer diameter with 12 φ2 mm needle-shaped alloy reinforcement. However, the needle-shaped alloy inlaid welding the bottom lip of the working layer, referred to as flat-reinforced type (Figure 2).
