目的:观察葛藤提取物对地塞米松骨质疏松大鼠模型的影响,为临床应用提供药效学依据。方法:Wistar大鼠用地塞米松造型,给药6个月后,测定大鼠股骨力学性能、钙磷含量及病理组织学等指标。结果:三个给药组不同程度增加股骨抗外力性能,增加骨骼中钙磷含量;病理诊断提示葛藤提取物不同程度改善骨质疏松模型骨组织病理性改变,增加骨小梁数目。结论:葛藤提取物对地塞米松致大鼠骨质疏松模型具有明显的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Pueraria lobata extract on the rat model of dexamethasone osteoporosis and provide pharmacodynamic basis for clinical application. METHODS: Wistar rats were modeled with dexamethasone. Six months after administration, the femoral mechanical properties, calcium and phosphorus contents, and histopathology were measured. RESULTS: The three administration groups increased the external resistance of the femur and increased the content of calcium and phosphorus in the bone in different degrees. Pathological diagnosis suggested that the extract of Pueraria lobata improved the pathological changes of bone tissue and increased the number of trabecular bone in osteoporosis models. Conclusion: The extract of Pueraria lobata has obvious therapeutic effect on dexamethasone-induced osteoporosis model in rats.
