氟尿嘧啶中的氟含量的测定方法在我国1977年版的药典中是采用氧瓶分解后硝酸钍滴定的方法。此法对含氟量较高时(至少含0.5毫克以上)可以得到满意的结果。但较费时,且又要严格控制pH,终点又不太明显。对含量较低,甚至于微量,痕量级药物中的氟离子的测定在1977年版的中华人民共和国药典中并未列入,若采用上法,则无法测出。我们引用文献所介绍的方法,对氟碳人造血乳剂中氟离子进行了测定,结果是符合要求。用本法测定氟碳人造血乳剂中的氟离子含量可达到快速,简便,准确的结果。
Fluorouracil in the determination of fluorine in the 1977 edition of the Pharmacopoeia is the use of oxygen bottle decomposition thorium nitrate titration method. This method for higher fluoride content (at least 0.5 mg or more) can be satisfied with the results. But more time-consuming, but also to strictly control the pH, the end point is not obvious. Determination of trace amounts of fluoride ions in trace amounts and even trace amounts of drugs is not included in the 1977 edition of the People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia, but can not be measured if the upper method is used. We cite the method described in the literature, fluoride fluorocarbon artificial blood emulsion was measured, the result is to meet the requirements. Determination of fluorocarbon artificial blood emulsion using this method fluoride ion content can be achieved fast, simple and accurate results.
