学生厌学,是其从行动乃至思想深处对学习持冷漠态度的心理反映,其形成原因是多方面的。在教学活动中教师的心理偏颇,是学生产生厌学情绪的重要原因之一。比如有的体育教师,在教学中总按班内学生掌握动作技术的情况,将其分为好、中、差几个等级,在言行上对他们经常流露出有亲有疏。在讲授新的动作技术时,总是不相信每一个学生都能掌握,将重点偏向于学习较好的学生,而领会动作技术欠佳的学生每每被训斥或冷淡。相同的讲授、相同的时间内,学习差的学生与学习好的学生相比,却不能得到相同的学习条件和对待。在这种情况下,掌握动作技术较差的学生便会产生压抑、自卑、甚至厌倦的心理。而这种心理状态又势必支配学生对上体育课的态度。这样,一些学生的厌学情绪就此产生。那么,教师怎样注意或控制这种不正常的心理现象呢?
Students are tired of learning, which is the psychological reflection of their apathetic attitude toward learning from the perspective of their actions and thoughts. The reasons are many. Teachers’ psychological biases in teaching activities are one of the important reasons why students are tired of learning dislikes. For example, some physical education teachers, according to the students in the class to master the general situation of action technology, will be divided into good, medium and poor in several grades, in words and deeds, they often show their relatives and sparse. When teaching new motor skills, they always do not believe that every student can master it. The emphasis is on students who study better. Students who know the skills of poor motor skills are often scolded or apathetic. In the same teaching, students with poor learning can not receive the same learning conditions and treatment compared with those who are learning well at the same time. Under such circumstances, students who have mastered poor motor skills will have depressive, inferiority, or even boredom. And this state of mind is bound to dominate the students’ attitudes toward physical education. In this way, some students weariness caused this. So, how teachers pay attention to or control this abnormal psychological phenomenon?
