1.柴油机在低温状况下工作柴油机温度过高,会导致零件的机械性能下降,功率降低,加速磨损等严重后果。因此很多机手认为机温低总比机温高好。为防止水温过高,有的机手从柴油机带动的水泵的出水管接一根小水管至水箱,实行流水冷却,使柴油机长期处于低温下工作。其实柴油机工作温度过低也是有害的:(1)影响可燃混合气的形成和润滑效果。因为冷却过度,会造成气缸壁与活塞顶表面温度过低。(2)气缸套、活塞等零件容易腐蚀。因为过度冷却,气缸内温度过
