本文运用随机前沿分析模型测度了2005—2014年间医药制造业技术研发阶段与成果转化阶段的创新效率并运用空间计量经济学方法探索了两阶段创新效率的影响因素。结果表明:两阶段创新效率均处于较低水平,且具有明显的空间相关性;空间邻近性、区域经济发展水平与人力资本水平等对创新效率具有显著正向影响;政府资助可提升技术研发的效率;企业规模和经营绩效与成果转化效率呈正相关关系;区域创新氛围对两阶段的创新效率均表现出显著的负向影响。
In this paper, we use the stochastic frontier analysis model to measure the innovation efficiency of R & D phase and achievement transformation phase of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry between 2005 and 2014 and use the econometric method to explore the influencing factors of two-stage innovation efficiency. The results show that the two-stage innovation efficiency is at a low level and has obvious spatial correlation; spatial proximity, regional economic development level and human capital level have a significant positive impact on innovation efficiency; government-funded research and development Efficiency, scale and business performance of enterprises and the conversion efficiency of results were positively correlated. The atmosphere of regional innovation showed a significant negative impact on both stages of innovation efficiency.
