近年来以传统现浇式建筑为主流发展的建筑业由于其环境污染及噪声污染等问题严重,正处在转方式、调结构的关键时期。在此背景下,装配式建筑的出现可解决建筑行业内一直被诟病的各种污染问题,推进绿色建筑的发展。但一直以来,装配式建筑项目的发展速度并不快,究其原因,是成本问题限制了其快速发展,装配式建筑项目成本过高已经是整个建筑行业亟待解决的问题。以某市实际住宅楼建筑项目为载体,以建筑项目成本构成为基础,对比装配式建造与传统现浇建造模式下的成本差异,分析差异造成的原因,进而提出相应的成本控制建议,为装配式建筑项目成本控制提供依据。
In recent years, the construction industry, which takes the traditional cast-in-place construction as the mainstream, has been in a critical period of turning around and adjusting its structure due to its serious environmental pollution and noise pollution. Based on the cost structure of the construction project, the actual residential building construction project of a certain city is taken as the carrier, the difference of cost between assembly-type construction and traditional cast-in-place construction mode is compared, the reason of the difference is analyzed, and the corresponding cost control suggestion is proposed, Type construction project cost control basis.
