2000年12月9、10日,东北大学成功地举办了东北地区部分高校2001届毕业生就业双向选择会。340家单位、530多名代表参加了会议,有20余所学校的上万名毕业生参加了双选洽谈。从96年开始,东北大学开始与东北地区冶金系统高校联合举办毕业生就业市场,开始了行业高校联办市场的探索,之后,又有两所石化系统的院校加入进来,使联办就业市场的院校达到了8所。经初步统计,8所组办院校共有1495人与用人单位签定了就业协议或达成就业意向,本专科生总签约率达到23.1%,会议效果显著。纵观此次会议,有如下几个特点:
On December 9, 2000, Northeastern University successfully held the two-way selection of employment for 2001 graduates in some colleges and universities in northeast China. 340 units and over 530 delegates attended the conference. Over 10,000 graduates of more than 20 schools took part in the double-election talks. Starting from 1996, Northeastern University started to jointly organize the graduates' employment market with the metallurgical colleges and universities in northeast China and started the exploration of the co-organized universities and colleges in the industry.
