民族地区旅游文化对民族地区旅游业的发展具有重要的意义,它是旅游业发展的关键。民族地区旅游文化开发需要坚持开发与保护并重、特色与主题鲜明、兼顾经济、社会和生态效益、科学统筹原则。在坚持以上原则的基础上,结合旅游地区旅游文化特点,完善民族地区旅游文化开发需要调整旅游文化开发的产权结构、构建旅游营销策略、打造旅游文化品牌、制定旅游文化开发法律法规,才能实现社会、经济、环境协调发展。
