目的 利用单人无菌病床 ,减轻化疗中继发感染的机会 ,为化疗的顺利进行提供保障。方法 本组 2 5例次16例急性白血病患者在单人无菌病床中化疗 ,与同期在普通病房中进行化疗的 2 7例次 18例患者进行比较。结果 外周血白细胞最低值、低白细胞时间、继发感染例数、发热持续时间、使用抗生素天数均有显著性区别 ,而死于感染例数无区别。结论 层流洁净技术是预防急性白血病感染的有效措施
Objective To use a single sterile bed to reduce the chance of chemotherapy for secondary infection and provide protection for the smooth progress of chemotherapy. METHODS: Twenty-five patients with acute leukemia in this group were treated with chemotherapy in a single sterile bed, compared with 27 patients in the same period who underwent chemotherapy in the general ward. Results There were significant differences between the lowest leukocyte count, low leukocyte time, number of secondary infections, duration of fever, and days of antibiotic use. There was no difference in the number of cases of death. Conclusion Laminar cleansing technology is an effective measure to prevent acute leukemia infection
