本文报道四苯硼酸麻黄碱PVC膜电极的制作、性能测试及其应用。该膜电极的Nernst响应范围为1×10~(-1)~1×10~(14)M,斜率56 mV(25℃),检出下限2×10~(-5)M。电极响应时间小于20秒,内阻4~5 MΩ,重现性和稳定性好。pH为4~8时,膜电位不随pH而变化。测定了膜电极对磺胺嘧啶等15种药物和无机盐的选择性系数。直接用膜电极测定鼻通油膏中盐酸麻黄碱含量,比滴定法简便、准确,适于药厂快速控制产品质量。
This paper reports the production of tetraphenylborate ephedrine PVC membrane electrode, performance testing and its application. The Nernst response range of this membrane electrode is 1 × 10 -1 -1 × 10 14 M with a slope of 56 mV at 25 ℃. The detection limit is 2 × 10 -5 M. Electrode response time of less than 20 seconds, the internal resistance of 4 ~ 5 MΩ, reproducibility and stability. When the pH is from 4 to 8, the membrane potential does not change with pH. The selectivity of membrane electrode to sulfadiazine and other 15 drugs and inorganic salts was measured. Direct determination of the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in nasal ointment by membrane electrode is more convenient and accurate than the titration method and is suitable for the pharmaceutical factory to control the product quality rapidly.
