教师作为课堂教学的直接组织者,其教学行为的科学性、课堂活动组织实施的能力直接决定着学生的课堂成长,而学生的课堂成长水平直接影响其整个学业负担。以笔者本人光的折射一课为例,介绍如何优化问题设计,促进学习情绪的成长、促进学生主动成长、促进实验技能成长、促进学生思维成长。
As a direct organizer of classroom teaching, the teacher’s scientific behavior of teaching and the ability of organization and implementation of classroom activities directly determine the students ’classroom growth, and the level of students’ classroom growth directly affects their entire academic burden. Take the author’s refraction of light as an example to introduce how to optimize the problem design, to promote the growth of learning emotion, to promote students ’initiative growth, to promote the growth of experimental skills and to promote the growth of students’ thinking.
