中国电大教育经过十余年来的励精图治,已经取得了举世瞩目的成就,远距离教育理论研究也得到了迅速的发展.但是,应该看到,我国的远距离教育理论研究仍然落后于实践,满足不了教育实践的发展需要,许多基本概念、范畴还有待于我们去理清和界定;电大教育目前的发展水平和未来的发展趋向,也需要我们去探讨和给以理论上的解释.本文试图从论述现代远距离教育的本质出发,研究中国电大教育向现代远距离教育转化的必然性和必要性,并对目前电大教育实践中存在的问题,从理论上给以初步的解释.
After more than ten years of good governance, China’s RTV education has made remarkable achievements, and the research on distance education has also been rapidly developed.However, it should be noticed that our country’s distance education theory research lags behind practice and satisfies We can not understand the needs of the development of educational practice and many basic concepts and categories yet to be clarified and defined by us. The current development level of TVU education and its future development trend also require us to explore and give theoretical explanations. Discusses the nature of modern distance education, studies the inevitability and necessity of transforming RTVU education into modern distance education, and gives a tentative explanation of the existing problems in TVU education practice.
