随着计算机技术的发展和铁路系统计算机工作的深入,有些路局和分局已开始将计算机网络向站段一级伸延。但联入计算机网络的一般都是比较大的车站,对于大量非联网车站的数据如何利用计算机来收集并使其进入计算机网络,在国内还未见有成功的方式。针对这种情况,经过充分的调查研究,我们认为,利用车务段做为非联网站的信息集中点是一种比较可行的方式,因为车务段本来对所属车站就有管理职能。但目前大多数车务段的管理只限于行政管理和有关指标的统计,对日常运输生产的管理和指挥参与较少。如果车务段做为所属非联
