采用相变方法系统研究了脉冲电流烧结AlOOH样品不同截面处相的状态.结果发现(1)样品上表面与下表面具有不同的相,表明样品中温度由高至低逐渐变化,(2)样品上表面较次上表面衍射峰弱.通过微波等离子轰击及热压烧结的实验模拟,发现样品上表面的XRD图与微波等离子轰击同样样品产生的XRD图极为相似.说明上表面的衍射峰与被离子轰击产生晶格缺陷有关.对形成这种上下表面结构不均匀性的原因进行了分析,并给子适当解释.
Phase transition was used to systematically study the phase states of the pulsed current sintered AlOOH samples. The results show that (1) the upper and lower surfaces of the sample have different phases, indicating that the temperature in the sample changes gradually from high to low; (2) The diffraction peak of the upper surface is weaker than the upper surface of the upper surface.The results of microwave plasma bombardment and hot-pressing sintering show that the XRD pattern of the upper surface of the sample is very similar to the XRD pattern produced by the microwave plasma bombardment of the same sample. The ion bombardment produces lattice defects, and the reasons for the formation of such structural irregularities in the upper and lower surfaces are analyzed and properly explained.
