国网江苏省电力公司常州供电公司为适应公司新型后勤服务保障体系高标准的需求,解决公司后勤员工学历、职称、技能水平总体偏低以及人员身份结构复杂等问题,对公司后勤人才队伍进行全面盘点,系统诊断公司人才队伍的管理现状,查找人才队伍建设工作中的薄弱环节,客观分析各类人才成长情况,三年来,创新性地开展一系列的人才培养及发展规划,确保《国网江苏常州供电公司人才发展(2014~2020年)行动计划》在后勤战线顺利实施。
