目的:研究Fas蛋白(CD95/Apol21,Fas)、Fas配体(Fasligand,FasL)在乳腺癌组织中的表达,并探讨其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组化LSAB法检测50例乳腺癌组织Fas和FasL的表达。结果:Fas及FasL在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为38和82。乳腺癌组织FasL的阳性表达率明显高于正常组织(P<0.05),Fas明显低于正常组织(P<0.05)。Fas的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:Fas及FasL的表达与乳腺癌的临床特征和预后有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Fas protein (Fas), Fas ligand (FasL, FasL) in breast cancer and to explore its relationship with lymph node metastasis. Methods: The expression of Fas and FasL in 50 cases of breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemical LSAB method. Results: The positive rates of Fas and FasL in breast cancer were 38 and 82, respectively. The positive expression rate of FasL in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P<0.05), and Fas was significantly lower than that in normal tissues (P<0.05). The expression of Fas was related to lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion: The expression of Fas and FasL is related to the clinical features and prognosis of breast cancer.
