前列腺癌在欧美国家是占第二位的常见男性恶性肿瘤。在美国,前列腺癌发病率占第一位,死亡率仅次于肺癌。我国前列腺癌发病率虽远低于西方国家,但近来呈显著增长趋势。前列腺癌常常发生骨转移,严重降低了病人的生存质虽,然而有关前列腺癌发生骨转移的机制仍不十分明确。现对近几年来有关前列腺癌骨转移发生机制中可能起作用的因子研究进展作一综述。 Prostate cancer in Europe and the United States is the second most common male malignant tumor. In the United States, the incidence of prostate cancer in the first place, second only to lung cancer mortality. Although the incidence of prostate cancer in our country is much lower than that in western countries, it has been showing a significant growth trend recently. Prostate cancer often occurs in bone metastases, which seriously reduces the patient’s quality of life, however, the mechanism of bone metastasis in prostate cancer remains unclear. The progress of research on the factors that may play a role in the mechanism of bone metastasis of prostate cancer in recent years is reviewed.
