为了探索废弃麻袋作为外加纤维原料在造纸法再造烟叶中的可用性,以纤维形态分析、纸张物理性能分析和感官评价为主要的研究方法,对比了本色亚麻、本色剑麻、废弃麻袋三种纤维原料的造纸及感官性能,并对三种纤维原料组成的外纤配方进行了优化。研究结果表明:1麻袋原始纤维的纤维长度介于亚麻和剑麻之间,在纤维分布上更接近于剑麻;2麻袋纤维在实验打浆过程中以横向切断作用为主;3麻袋纤维具备较好的成纸性能;4通过合理搭配三种麻纤维的比例,能够得到物理性能优越的、感官质量较好的再造烟叶产品。
In order to explore the availability of waste sacks as additional fiber raw materials in remanufacturing tobacco leaves by papermaking method, the main research methods of fiber morphology analysis, paper physical property analysis and sensory evaluation were compared. Three kinds of fiber raw materials, natural linen, sisal, Of the paper and the sensory performance, and three kinds of fiber raw material composition of the external fiber formulations were optimized.
