建筑企业的管理职能主要有四个方面:一、计划与决策计划是首要的职能,决策是计划的前提,没有计划职能就谈不上其他管理职能。企业的生产经营活动,应在市场经济的条件下,以提高经济效益为中心,经过综合平衡,确定经营生产目标,制定中长期、年季度计划和各项主要的技术经济指标及落实计划的措施。制定计划必须进行各种预测,在多种可能的方案中选优决策。二、组织和指挥组织是为了实现企业、部门和职工承担的目标任务,需要进行静态组织设计,动态的组织调整和组织变革
