教育公平是社会公平价值在教育领域的延伸和体现,包括教育权利平等和教育机会均等两个方面。学前教育是学校教育和终身教育的起点,对幼儿身心健康、习惯养成、智力开发有至关重要的影响,而且有很好的社会效益。农村学前教育是整个教育事业的组成部分,其发展状况直接影响到整个教育水平。本文从教育公平的角度出发,研究西部农村学前教育在公平的价值取向下存在的现状、原因和解决对策。 Education fairness is the extension and manifestation of social fair value in the field of education, including equal rights of education and equal opportunity of education. Pre-school education is the starting point of school education and lifelong education. It plays an important role in the physical and mental health, habit formation and intellectual development of young children, and has good social benefits. Pre-school education in rural areas is an integral part of education and its development has a direct impact on the overall level of education. This paper, from the perspective of education fairness, studies the status quo, causes and solutions of pre-school education in western rural China under the fair value orientation.
