蔬菜生产碳排放的影子价格是度量减排成本的关键因素,对实现低碳蔬菜产业发展具有重要意义。本文基于参数化的环境方向性距离函数,提出一种推导碳排放影子价格的新方法,并根据所建分析框架对我国省域设施蔬菜生产碳排放的影子价格进行分析,得出以下结论:碳排放的影子价格最大的是河北(2013年),最小的是黑龙江(2013年);北京(2013年)等9省份在相应年度处于环境技术的生产前沿面上;河北等6省份为“高成本高效率”地区,山东等6省份为“高成本低效率”地区,黑龙江等7省份为“低成本高效率”地区,宁夏和江苏为“低成本低效率”地区;环境成本最高的为河北,最低的为天津;各省份的环境成本平均为252.64元/亩,占总产值的2.20%。
