几年来,敖德萨工艺学院铸造工艺专业在铸铁渗锑方面进行了理论研究工作,并已将研究成果用于生产。大家知道,铸铁渗锑具有很高的耐磨性。但直接在液态铁中加入锑,虽得到很高的耐磨性,却会引起机械性能的恶化和脆性增加。若通过表面渗锑,则可以使另件得到强韧心部,同时又具有很高的耐磨性。目前,铸铁和钢的渗锑研究进行得不多,文献上也很少有这方面的报道。作者在试验期间用下面的渗入方法使钢和铸铁得到一个表面渗锑层:
