PDS与ADA是目前国内化肥厂脱硫工艺中两种主要的催化剂。本文首次建立了用双波分分光光度法联合测定脱硫液中 PDS 与 ADA 或单组分 PDS的方法。此方法有效地清除了脱硫液中悬浮硫等成分产生的背景干扰和光散射的影响,而且 PDS 与 ADA 之间的相互干扰也得到了有效地控制。本方法在有关化肥厂进行了实际测定,结果较为理想。
PDS and ADA are the two main catalysts in the desulfurization process of domestic fertilizer plants. This article for the first time established a dual-wavelength spectrophotometric determination of PDS and ADA desulfurization solution or single-component PDS method. This method effectively removes the background interference and light scattering caused by suspended sulfur in the desulfurization solution, and the mutual interference between PDS and ADA has also been effectively controlled. The method was carried out in the actual fertilizer plant was measured, the results are satisfactory.
