本文作者在对钢平法兰液态模锻的研究与实践的基础上,明确提出塑性变形和结晶凝固一样,同是液态金属模锻的一个基本过程,并给出了钢质液态模锻时的塑性变形特征和回转体类型液态金属模锻件高向变形程度的理论计算公式。
Based on the research and practice of liquid-forging of steel flat flanges, the author put forward explicitly that plastic deformation is the same as that of solidification and solidification, and is also a basic process of liquid metal forging. Plastic deformation feature and the theoretical calculation formula of high degree of deformation of the liquid metal forgings of the rotary body type.
