激光遥感图像受到噪声的污染,可能会使图像边缘失真,出现图像模糊,为此提出了浓霾污染的激光遥感图像去噪滤波器,首先分析激光遥感图像非平稳信号的相关扭曲和偏差,通过全变差优化方法得到相应的滤波器和分解后的激光遥感图像低频成份和高频成份,完成信号和图像的自适应分解研究,然后结合最大似然估计得到优化的激光遥感图像小波系数的参数估计,运用最大后验概率来估计从含噪激光遥感图像的小波系数中恢复该激光遥感图像的系数,从而完成激光遥感图像去噪滤波器设计,最后实验结果表明,该有效降低了激光遥感图像存在的噪声,提高了激光遥感图像质量。
