本研究以晋豆 2 3为母本 ,灰布支黑豆为父本 ,用“单粒混传”法构建了一个含有 4 74个家系的F10代的大豆重组自交系Jinf。 2 0 0 2年本研究组对F8代RIL群体Jinf进行生育期、形态性状、产量构成及抗逆性等 2 9个性状进行了观察记载和统计分析研究。所有观察性状在RIL群体Jinf中均表现有较大的变异范围 ,绝大部分性状呈连续变异、正态分布 ,且存在双向超亲分离现象 ,表明这些观察性状大都为数量性状由多基因控制。从表型分析初步认为各家系内部趋于纯合。本研究进一步选取了能覆盖大豆基因组的 35 5对SSR引物对RIL群体Jinf进行SSR分析 ,2 12对SSR在亲本中表现有多态性 ,多态率为5 9 72 %。 2 12对引物获得 2 13个座位用来评估大豆群体的遗传结构 ,各座位在群体中的多态性指数趋向于 0 5 ,在 0 375 - 0 5 0 0范围内波动。 16 0个SSR座位 (75 12 % )在群体中呈 1∶1的分离比 ,5 3个SSR座位 (2 4 88% )在群体中偏分离 ,SSR座位的杂异率在 0 - 9 32 %之间。分析还表明 111个家系(94 0 7% )趋于纯合 ,其中 31个家系 (2 6 2 7% )完全纯合 ,而有 7个家系的杂合率在 15 31- 42 72 %之间。分析表明大豆RIL群体Jinf的各个家系的基因型组成父本灰布支的贡献率为 5 1% ,初步表明双亲对子代的遗传贡献基本上是
In this study, we used Jin Dou 2 3 as female parent and Baibu Black Bean as male parent to construct a F10 generation recombinant soybean inbred line Jinf with 4 74 lines using “single grain mixed” method. In 2002, the research group observed and statistically analyzed 29 phenotypic traits such as growth period, morphological traits, yield components and stress resistance of Jinf in F8 generation. All the observed traits showed a large variation range in Jinf of RIL population. Most traits showed continuous variation, normal distribution and bi-directional trans-parental segregation, indicating that most of the observed traits were controlled by multiple genes. From the phenotypic analysis of the initial view that each family tends to homozygosity. In this study, 35 5 pairs of SSR primers covering the genome of soybean were selected to perform SSR analysis on Jinf of RIL population. Two of 12 pairs of SSRs showed polymorphism in their parents with a polymorphism rate of 59.72%. Two 12 pairs of primers were used to evaluate the genetic structure of soybean population. The polymorphism index of each locus in the population tended to be 0 5 and fluctuated in the range of 0 375 - 0 0 0 0. Sixty SSR loci (75 12%) showed a segregation ratio of 1:1 in the population, 53 SSR loci (2488%) were segregated in the population, and the SSR loci had heterozygosity between 0 and 9 32% between. The analysis also showed that 111 families (94 0 7%) tended to be homozygous, of which 31 families (2 6 27%) were completely homozygous and seven of them had heterozygosity between 15 31-42 72% . The results showed that the contribution rate of the genotypes of the male parents to the male parents was 51% in the individual families of Jinf in the soybean RIL population. Preliminary results showed that the genetic contribution of parents to offspring was basically
